Because we know that your pets are part of your family, we are happy to be pet friendly and accept dogs and indoor cats. Our units are built to condominium specifications featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors in living areas, and covered verandas. Ground-level units have direct access garages and all have full-size washer and dryer hookups. Each apartment is on one level, either upstairs or downstairs and features dual pane windows for energy efficiency and soundproofing. Our soundproofing is further enhanced by the double-wall construction between apartments and we used lightweight concrete floors to round out our state of the art soundproofing. The common area amenities include a community laundry room for residents without their own washer and dryer, fitness center with both weight machines and cardio equipment, and we have a swimming pool with handicapped access. There are 53 acres of open oak woodland that surround your new home with walking trails through an oak tree preserve. Across the street is Paloma Park with baseball fields, soccer fields, a horseback riding ring, and two, age-defined jungle gym areas that are lit at night. Also at Paloma Creek Park there is a perimeter trail for those that would rather watch sports as they walk. Heilman Park and Chalk Mountain Golf Courses are nearby, which feature Golf, Frisbee Golf, a dog park, and Tennis Courts.
